The ChinaCare Group, the only international healthcare consulting firm in China, has experienced dramatic growth in the three years since its founding. We are now seeking two extraordinary individuals to join our firm.
This partner-track position will be responsible for working with both international and Chinese healthcare clients and providing international-caliber consulting services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To work independently or with other consultants on various healthcare consulting, management or development projects
- To interact with current clients and engage in the development of new clients
- To represent the company in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- University degree, MHA/MBA preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Healthcare background
- A minimum of three-years work experience in medical institutions, consulting firms, or other healthcare related organizations
- Working experience in multi-national consulting firms is desirable
- Overseas training or working experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Highly pro-active, well organized and self sufficient with attention to detail
