Shelly Shen

Shelley Shen has been a health care and hospitality specialist for the last 15 years in China and the Middle East. She is currently the customer service manager at the Bayley and Jackson Medical Center and has worked in the same capacity at the New Century International ChildrenĄ¯s Hospital in Beijing. Prior to those positions, Ms. Shen worked at Emirates Airlines as senior flight attendant and trainer where she was in charge of a crew of over 20 flight attendants. Ms. Shen also has experience as customer service manager at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Nanjing and Hong Kong.

Ms. Shen has conducted a number of customer service training courses for hospitals and world class hotels. She is fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese and many southern Chinese dialects and has lived in Dubai, Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore. Ms. Shen graduated from American Global International University with a bachelorĄ¯s degree.
