The ChinaCare Group believes that education and training is an important aspect of the development of international healthcare in China and we have entered into strategic relationships with two premier institutions in the United States in the field of healthcare management training.

The University of California, Los Angeles, School of Public Health
The ChinaCare Group has enjoyed a long and close relationship with UCLA’s School of Public Health. In 2004, CCG signed a cooperation agreement with UCLA to sponsor an administrative residency from each year’s graduating class. The individuals selected for this program are given the opportunity to participate in the consulting engagements of the company in China and play a role in the development of China’s healthcare marketplace.

In 2005, CCG and UCLA announced their joint program in healthcare and hospital management training. In this year-long program, students will receive an intensive, case-study, focused educational opportunity in hospital management. Intended primarily for senior-level executives, the program has a practical, reality-based, focus which will provide tools and solutions for success in the marketplace in China. Taught entirely by the world-famous faculty of UCLA, the case study approach assumes basic academic skills in the field and should not be undertaken by students with minimal academic background in business techniques. Class size will be limited to ensure active dialogue and close personal training. Graduates of the program will receive recognition of their accomplishment from UCLA.
