| The ChinaCare Group Announces Cooperation Agreement with UCLA School of Public Health Top Graduates from UCLA to Work in China's Healthcare Market |

The ChinaCare Group, Ltd (Beijing and Hong Kong), the only international healthcare consulting firm in mainland China, and the School of Public Health at the University of California, Los Angeles announced today the initiation of a cooperation agreement which will bring Mandarin-speaking graduates of the UCLA School of Public Health to China for a year-long program. Under this agreement, the graduates will work with the principals of the ChinaCare Group in all of its business activities involving healthcare consulting, development and management.
