BEIJING, PR China. – July 27, 2004 –

The Chinese Medical Women's Association and the US Foreign Commercial Service in Beijing announced their visit and tour of  Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (Los Angeles, California) today.

Twenty three healthcare executives from more than 20 Chinese hospitals and healthcare organizations will be visiting the United States over the next two weeks to attend meetings and receive training in healthcare administration. Cedars-Sinai will be hosting the delegation of Chinese female hospital executives at the Cedars-Sinai campus in Los Angeles. The Chinese hospital delegation is organized by the Chinese Women's Medical Association and the United States Foreign Commercial Service office of the US embassy in Beijing.

Ms. Sun Shuyu, Commercial Specialist at the Foreign Commercial Service of the US Embassy in Beijing noted: "We want to bring our delegation to one of the best hospitals in the United States, Cedars-Sinai is the obvious choice."

Dr. Spencer Koerner, Director of International Health and Telemedicine at CSMC stated: "Cedars- Sinai sees delegations like this as an outstanding opportunity to share our knowledge and experiences.
