The ChinaCare Group, the only international healthcare consulting firm in mainland China, announced today the appointment of a new partner to the firm.

Xiaofeng Jia, MD, MBA has been appointed as Associate Partner. Mr. David Wood, President and Senior Partner, in announcing the appointment which is effective immediately, indicated: “Dr. Jia is superbly well-qualified individual who will play a major role in the ChinaCare Group’s active role in the development of the healthcare marketplace in China.

Dr. Xiaofeng Jia is a licensed physician and surgeon. He attended medical school at the Capital University of Medical Sciences and completed his surgical residency at Beijing Chao Yang Hospital. In addition, he finished his masters in international business administration from the School of Economics and Management (Tsinghua Unviersity) in June, 2007. In addition to his medical experiences, Dr. Jia has served as a marketing specialist at New Century International Children's Hospital, the only international standard children's hospital in the People's Republic of China. He is fluent in English and a native speaker in Mandarin Chinese.
